To enhance the RulePreProcessing rule a custom action is uploaded to SwyxWare/NetPhone database. This action is called PreProcessingCustom and is empty by default. This action can be edited with ECR editor. After changing the action has to be uploaded to SwyxWare/NetPhone global scope again.

 

To prevent MetaServices from uploading and overwriting the customized PreProcessingCustom action the registry value "PreProcessingCustomUploadDisabled" has to be set to "1".
