MetaServices uploads all script files in the scripts subfolder into the SwyxWare/NetPhone database on startup. For uploading the service password needs to set correctly in setup or config tool.

 

MetaServices uses the Swyx/NetPhone PreProcessing rule to resolve numbers. The PreProcessing rule is a call routing script that is executed before any other call routing script in system on incoming calls.

 

If customer already has a PreProcessing this PreProcessing rule will be overwritten. To enhance the MetaServices PreProcessing rule with the customers PreProcessing, see next chapter on using custom PreProcessing rule.

 

To prevent MetaServices from uploading and overwriting the PreProcessing rule the registry value "PreProcessingUploadDisabled" has to be set to "1".
