MetaServices uses the Swyx/NetPhone PreProcessing rule to resolve numbers. The PreProcessing rule is a call routing script that is executed before any other call routing script in system on incoming calls.

To use number resolution on incoming calls the use of this custom PreProcessing rule is mandatory. Therefore this PreProcessing rule includes many commonly used functions like CLIP no screening.

 

PreProcessing settings are located in: HKEY_USERS\[SID_of_Swyx_ServiceAccount]\Software\3iMedia\ECR Extensions for SwyxWare\PreProcessing where "SID_of_Swyx_ServiceAccount" is the SID of the user running the SwyxWare/NetPhone services.
