Call tag

  

Default value: PBXUser.Name

This value allows to add any annotation or description to a call. This tag is displayed in web front-end. With ECR editor it is possible to add further information (customer id, VIP, service contracts...) to a call very easily. It is also possible to add a web link as tag. This allows opening contact information in web bases CRM systems by clicking the tag element of a particular call.

 

Annotations:

This column is hidden in default views by default. Configuration can be changed using views menu on main administration page.
