Call user logged off override

  

Default value: 0

If this value is set to "1" the call queue assumes that all users are logged off. This parameter should be uses if own logged off conditions have to be checked before the call is placed in the queue.

 

Example:

Office hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Add the standard ECR actions for the time checking and set a variable to "1" if the caller is calling outside the office hours. Use this variable as value for this call queue parameter.
