Aborted

Call has been aborted by agent (web front end)

AdvancedCallbackRequested

Advanced callback has been requested

Alerting

Call is alerting

Announcement

Announcement is played

Busy

All agents in selected destination are busy

CallTimeout

Call timeout has been reached

Connected

Caller has been connected to destination

Destination script

Call has been connected to destination script (CDRConnectedName shows further information about destination)

Disconnected

Call has been disconnected, this value is always the last state

DTMFxpressed

DTMF digit x is pressed in selection menu

EscalationTimeout

Escalation timeout has been reached

Initialized

Call entry is created, all values are NULL

Lost

Call has been lost, caller waiting in queue disconnected the call

Offline

All agents in selected destination are logged off

OnHold

Remove in 3.11

OnHoldAfterConnected

Call put on hold after call has been connected to destination

ConnectedAfterOnHold

Call activated from hold after call has been connected to destination

Pickup

Call has been picked up by agent (CDRDestinationName shows further information about agent)

QueueClosed

Queue is closed

Queued

Call is added to queue

Rejected

Agent has rejected the call

SelectionAnnouncement

Selection announcement is played

SimpleCallbackRequested

Simple callback has been requestes

SizeExceeded

Number of callers in queue exceeds defined maximum number of possible callers

Timeout

Agent has not pickup up a call

Transfered

Call has been transfered

Transfering

Caller starts a call transfer

Voicemail

Call has been connected to voicemail (CDRConnectedName shows further information about voicemail type)

VoicemailFinished

Caller connected to voicemail has disconnected the call (CDRConnectedName shows further information about voicemail type)

WelcomeAnnouncement

Welcome announcement is played
