Introduction

3iMedia Metaservices for SwyxWare/NetPhone provides server-side resolution of numbers against CRM-systems and other databases. Databases with contact data are replicated to the SwyxWare/NetPhone-Server into a local LDAP-Metadirectory and maintained as local copy. Inbound numbers are resolved against the database and the resulting name is presented on the users devices. Caller names are visible in the callers missed calls list even if the user is not logged on.
