To enable client search in SwyxIt!/NetPhone Client the MetaServices Add-In has to be installed. This Add-In can be found in the "ClientInstall" subfolder in the MetaServices program folder. This MSI packages enables SwyxIt!/NetPhone Client to search server data (replication sources) from the integrated SwyxIt!/NetPhone Client search field.
There are 4 prefixes in search field to control search. Normally a contact search is executed returning all contacts matching the search request. If a name begins with a number, SwyxIt!/NetPhone Client will not perform any search. To enforce a contact search a "c" prefix has to be used.
The following prefixes are possible:
n: Enforcing an number search using all field selected in search assistant in MetaServices Administration
c: Enforcing a contact search using all field selected in search assistant in MetaServices Administration
i: Enforcing an individual search using all field selected in search assistant in MetaServices Administration
p: Enforcing a phonebook search using the "3imediaphonebook" node configured in MetaServices Administration
