Contains a list with all active calls in the selected queue (File: QueueCalls.html)

 

<%QueueActiveCallsList%>                        Returns a list of all active calls in the selected queue including the html table headers

<%QueueActiveCallsList/Body%>                Returns a list of all active calls in the selected queue without the table headers

 

Mandatory parameters in URL:

QueueID:                                        ID of the selected queue

 

Optional tags in HTML file:

Set QueueCallDetailsURL:                        URL for call details link

 

Hiding columns from view:

Set QueueActiveCallsListHiddenColumns1=1

Set QueueActiveCallsListHiddenColumns2=2

Set QueueActiveCallsListHiddenColumns3=3

Set QueueActiveCallsListHiddenColumns4=4

Set QueueActiveCallsListHiddenColumns5=5

Set QueueActiveCallsListHiddenColumns6=6

Set QueueActiveCallsListHiddenColumns7=7

Set QueueActiveCallsListHiddenColumns8=8

 

To hide a column, remove the "!" in front of the tag in the corresponding HTML-file

 

Show colored marker in front of line instead of setting background color

Set QueueListColorLayout=ColorLeftOnly
