Contains a list with all callers waiting in the selected queue (File: QueueCalls.html)

 

<%QueueCallsList%>                                Returns a list of all calls waiting in the selected queue including the html table headers

<%QueueCallsList/Body%>                        Returns a list of all calls waiting in the selected queue without the table headers

 

Mandatory parameters in URL:

QueueID:                                        ID of the selected queue

 

Optional tags in HTML file:

Set QueueCallDetailsURL:                        URL for call details link

 

Hiding columns from view:

Set QueueCallsListHiddenColumns1=1

Set QueueCallsListHiddenColumns2=2

Set QueueCallsListHiddenColumns3=3

Set QueueCallsListHiddenColumns4=4

Set QueueCallsListHiddenColumns5=5

Set QueueCallsListHiddenColumns6=6

Set QueueCallsListHiddenColumns7=7

Set QueueCallsListHiddenColumns8=8

 

To hide a column, remove the "!" in front of the tag in the corresponding HTML-file

 

Show colored marker in front of line instead of setting background color

Set QueueListColorLayout=ColorLeftOnly
