Global calls view

The global calls view shows all information about calls in the from the logged on agent or all user the agent is in the same with.

If a user is not a supervisor in any group he only gets shown his own calls.

If a user is a supervisor he sees any calls from any other users he shares a group membership.

This includes:

•List of outgoing calls

•List of incoming calls

•List of internal calls

•List of conference calls
