Queue list view

  

This view displays the overview of all available queues. Selecting one queue jumps to the call queue view page.

Columns:

Type (ID)

Type of queue (Default = Admin Center or ECR including queue ID)

Name

Call queue name including "(closed)" as state if queue is closed. It also shows information about ongoing holidays under the name if available

Numbers

Assigned numbers for this queue. If the queue is an ECR queue the numbers are collected when the queue is called for the first time

Calls waiting

Number of calls waiting in this queue

Max. wait time

Maximum wait time of all waiting calls

Calls active

Number of active calls in this queue

Max. call time

Maximum call time of all active calls

Calls lost

Number of lost calls

Actions

Close / Open to close or open the queue

 

Edit to change the configuration for a Default queue

 

Clone to copy a Default queue

 

Import to import a previously exported cfg-file to a Default queue

 

Export to export the configuration of a Default queue

 

Delete to delete a Default or ECR queue. If an ECR queue is deleted it will be created again on the first call into this queue
